Good to hear. I'm glad for Leon.

Great for Leon.

We already saw how hardworking heis on the court. Its a safe bet that he'll put some good work in whatever it is he would be doing in the FO.

Good stuff.

Nice move...I remember KG saying, the first time he walked in the building and saw Leon...he thought he was SECURITY.

Great guy to have in the organization. One of the most likable Celtics in the past 20 years.

Man Robert Parish just got shafted again.
Yup. For years Parish has been trying to land a coaching job. He just needs a chance to prove himself. Like Leon, a lot actually, but Parish deserves a break.

Is he going to be travelling with the team like a bigger and more charming version of Tryonne Lue, whispering in players ears from behind the bench during games? I hope so.

But if not that, then what? I just cant picture Leon sitting at a desk doing daily reports like Lawrence Frank. Maybe Leon has a great basketball mind and he's going to scout for us and help in Danny's basketball decisions? That would surprise me a lot but maybe secretly Leon is like Jonah Hill from Money Ball.

I'll wait to hear more details, but to me, an ill-defined "front office" job doesn't sound like a coaching gig.
