Agree with all this. He looks like Ben Wallace on appearance, but his game actually reminds me more of KG than anything. I'd take him at #4, and barring injury I really can't see his game translating to anything less than 'good starter' level, on defense alone.
Edit: By KG, I guess I mean more his energy, as I can't say I've seen much of Harrell having moves in the post.
