Three problems

A. GS would never do this.

B. MIL probably wouldn't do this.

C. Thompson isn't a 3.

Two problems that I see immediately: 1) Milwaukee might move all that salary commitment ($60 million total) for very little talent in return but you are going to need to take Wallace out of the deal and substitute the expiring Thornton contract. You probably also need to add one more 1st round pick. 2) If GS was hesitant about using Thompson in a possible Love deal, think of their reaction when you mention Smart's name instead. Would you consider doing just the Bucks/Celtics part of the deal with my modifications and forget about GS?
