If we were to trade Rondo what would you want for him.

In the rebuilding process everyone seems to have a different idea on how to get back to the top.
a lot of people suggest trading rondo.  realistically what do you want for him,picks for him, veteran players  the list goes on.So I am curious what do people want for him?

I either want another star near the level of Rondo i. e. Ibaka or a combination of young players with upside and picks i. e. Stauskas, Mclemore and two future firsts.
