Why do people want McLemore?   His shooting is horrible and what use is a SG that can't shoot or any other skills?

Why not keep it simple: Rondo for Hibbert and maybe a draft choice?

Keeping it simple would not be any fun, every team gets  something that they want. Mclemore is a good shooter that is only going to get better, his pick and pop needs some work, will get better when he can operate without the ball, he's young.Indy will probably not get anything that fills their need at forward better than Green and Bass, maybe a pick to go along with them.
