why is this trade all but done and official? Honestly don't get it doesn't it sort of come off as unethical?  The media have been saying it's a done deal but no timetable set. Basically what lebron wants he gets. I still stand by its the trades you don't hear about that happen.

This trade makes no sense to me either why trade 2 of your number one picks and a first rounder for a free agent to be, why not wait to go full press on him in 2015 and keep your young guys?  Think about it either way the cavs are going to be in the playoffs with or without love. Maybe even end up in the ECF, this trade is definitely working out in the wolves favor

Between Kyrie's new contract and the money LeBron is getting, there's no way they can grab Love as a free agent. Also, while it may seem like the Wolves are winning the trade, the team trading the star player is almost always the loser. Just look at what happened to the Wolves the last time they traded their star player.

cm43sports is right.  Cleveland won't have close to enough cap room in 2015 to make a play for Love.

Although trading your star is quite often a bad idea, Wiggins and Bennett is a great return. Especially since they're basically getting Wiggins and Bennett for multiple years (assuming they don't trade them) whereas Love would walk at the end of the season.
