I don't think there is anyone of our roster who is going to be averaging 20ppg. I think we will more be in the mould of the Denver teams who have 5 or 6 guys averaging double figures in scoring but with no real go to guy. I don't think a go to guy is a must anyway.

Look at the Spurs they win with a balanced contribution from multiple players and everyone playing their role

I am first to vote!  8)
problem with your post
who will help us win every game, team leader, go to guy=rondo
you could say he is first scoring option as he'll have the ball in his hand and can break down a defense for himself or a good look for a teammate but
1st scoring option=green
jeff averaged 17 pts a game last year while being the guy that other teams could concentrate on, put rondo into the mix full time, ko a year better on the high post and block with his passing ability, ab hopefully not shooting as much or quickly  ::)
I see green at about 18 a game within team play, rondo 15, bradley about the same

  • Eagerly Awaiting the Next Fantasy Draft
Rondo is our best player, if he is aggressive in attacking the hoop we will win games. I'm hoping that when we need a bakery and look to our go to scorer rondo will put his head down and get to the bucket.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

not a lot of faith in KO I see---not even an option.  :-\

I think this team is going to struggle to score points again even with the addition of Turner, Zeller and Thornton.   Can only hope Danny's got something lined up to clear several players on this over-stuffed roster to get a better player before camp starts

Marcus Thornton is easily the guy who could put up the biggest numbers.

I guess that would be good for his trade value for a contender at the deadline, BUT, it probably means bad things for us as a team.

Avery Bradley.  Could be an all-star this year.

the celtics need a savior. well, this is the guy that danny absolutely has to pick up. if you want to win every game, he can do it.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Offense?  Definitely Rondo.  PG & floor leader.

Scoring?  Probably Uncle Sleepy although it'd be great to see Smart breakthrough right away.

Cleveland will probably get Him....no wait, don't they already have Him?

And those holes in his hands and, feet?...no problem.....he never has injuries (just cramps), or miraculously recovers from them.....amazing, huh?

Jeff Green will likely lead in ppg. Not that he is my choice. AB, Turner, Young, Rondo, Sully, Thornton and Oly are all capable of being a game high scorer on any given night.
