I'd love to find a way to work into a Cleveland and Minnesota 3 team deal, and trade him for Kyrie Irving.

That's the love I have for him.

TP for the video.  Yes, the laugh track was unnecessary, but I love Rondo.  He's hilarious.  My favorite part was when he responded to Bradley's remarks about how he feeds off of him with, "awwwwww." ;D

This got me curious, based from NBA Advance Stats:

Rondo: 33.6min/game played
7.7min Time of Possessions per game (462 secs)

Boston: 96.9 possessions/game

33.6mins / 48mins = 0.7 x 96.9(possession/game) = 67.83 possessions per game played
462 secs / 67.83 = 6secs / possession

For conversation piece, assuming half of them are fastbreaks or touch possessions only
it will still be 12secs / possession

Not everyone quite a lot of players don't like rondo  they call him a selfish ball hog. I don't get it when he has that many assists but there defiantly are critics.

Rondo likes to dribble the ball for 20 seconds and then pass the ball to some poor soul who has to throw up a quick shot.

Not 20. More like about 12.

Oops. Shoiuld read the whole thread.

This is the point where the bogus assist numbers get thrown into the discussion.

it's more on a response on someone saying it take Rondo 20secs to pound the ball before passing...

Yup. Not that we'll ever get a number, of course.

If it's too high he'll be wrong.

If it's too low, he'll be contradicting himself.

Rondo's gonna hold the ball an average of 25 seconds per possession.

[dang] it. We've derailed the thread again. Thanks Obama Rondo.

Threads are meant to be derailed -- its how conversation works.

I wonder how many times you'd have to make a claim like that before some of his critics here started repeating it like it was a fact. Probably not too many.

Most actual numbers that get thrown around in these conversations fit the definition of "bogus" (which loosely translates to disagreeing with your claims).
