If I have to choose between those two, I'm taking Jordan.

He has a brain.

I don't know if that's fair -- I can't fault someone for smoking a ton of pot if they're forced to be based out of Milwaukee.

Eh, its not too bad.

Its just a mini-Chicago without the wild, wild west gun/shooting mentality.

I like DJ way more as a player.  He has improved his game a lot in the last year or so.  Really since Doc has been with the Clippers, but not sure it has much to do with Doc.  He seems like a good team player.

Now the real question is how much will it take to sign him, and that might exclude him from any larger future plans for DA.

There's a really uncouth joke about Jabari Parker's scoring acumen hidden in there somewhere.

I actually think Sanders is a better player than Jordan. He's just a knucklehead.

Either or is fine with me.

DeAndre took a step forward this season...was actually a force in the playoffs. He's come a LONG way.

Given the choice, would u rather throw big money at Jordan next year, or throw assets to Milwaukee to acquire Sanders?

Personally, I'd rather get Sanders.
Given the choice, I'd throw big money at an actual franchise player.

At the same salary, I think the obvious choice is Jordan.  But...if it's a choice between Sanders at $11mil and Jordan at $15mil-$17mil, I would go with Sanders.

I would LOVE to get either one as long as he is not referred to as a "rim protector".  I am so sick of that term.
Before a game on Christmas against the Pacers, Bird told Chuck Person that he had a present for him. During the game, Bird shot a 3-pointer in front of Person. Immediately after releasing the ball, Bird said to Person, "Merry F!#*ing Christmas!" and then the shot went in.

Sanders might be the best paint protector after a mentally sound Hibbert. So I'd rather have him.

And therein lies the predicament.  At 11 mil, I like Sanders.   With the looming increase in the cap, I truly believe Jordan will fetch 14-17 mil.  May be too much to spend for him.

Probably towards the upper end of that spectrum. My issue w Sanders is the knuckleheadedness. Even if he's cheaper, too big a risk.

De Andre Jordan; If the Glenn Rivers/KG trade for De Andre Jordan went through last year, we could have had a true center earlier than expected;
Peavey Bass Player - relearning to play after 10 years sucks;

But no, David Stern has to jump in and deny the trade for "basketball reasons"...sigh.
