Realistically, of course.  As currently constructed, we're quite crowded at 3 positions, so I can only hope for a Jeff Green trade.  We still don't have a center to speak of, so I don't know how that will be addressed, or if we're just going to wait until next year's draft.  Personally, I'd like to see a starting 5 of Rondo, Bradley, Turner, Sullinger, and I don't know who at center right now.  I'd love Oden, even if he only played 26 mpg, but he's not coming here, and I have no idea of what's going on with Emeka Okafor.  Has he even gotten any offers from teams yet this summer?  I'd also like Smart and Young to be the first guys off the bench, but I don't think that that's a reasonable expectation or likely scenario in Young's case :(  What do you guys think?

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

I think we have some interesting options...

Most Likely..
Rondo
AB
Green
Sullinger
Zeller

Interesting to me..

Rondo
Turner
Green
KO
Sullinger

or (small)

Rondo
AB
Turner
Green
Sullinger

They all seem pretty equitable to me....looks like the whole team is going to be battling in practice for playing time. (like the days Rondo, T.Allen, & Big Al fought for court time)

*in my perfect world we have traded Rondo for Stauskas/expirings/picks and we have trade Green and Bass for MKG/expirings.

 ???

You realize that SF is not one of the positions we're crowded at, right?

Rondo, Turner, Green, Olynyk, Sully

That way you have better depth and chemistry even if you apply a unit sub policy it's a balanced line up.

Rondo/Smart/Pressey
Turner/AB (our 6th man)
Green/CJ/Young
Olynyk/Bass
Sully/Zeller/Fav

Sully

I don't think "like" is the appropriate word for that though, that's much more "expect"

Can't say I care for that starting lineup.  I have my doubts that Turner can operate well alongside Rondo since he's a ball-dominant player who can't shoot from the outside.

Starting lineup I'd guess is:

Rondo
Bradley
Green
Sully
Zeller

I'd have no problems with that lineup.

I can't believe that I forgot about Tyler Zeller.  Already ;D  I would argue that we are actually crowded at sf with Green, Turner, Wallace, and Young (although he can play sg as well, obviously).  Did I miss something?  When does Wallace get back?

In light of Zeller, I'd like Rondo, Bradley, Turner, Sully, and Zeller, but I'm not sure that Rondo and Turner can play together, because their combined lack of consistent shooting won't give someone like Sully the room he needs to be able to play inside effectively.

Right - that's why I said realistically, given our roster at the present.
