How do the salaries work on the Cavs offer? Is a TPE being created? I need a capologist over here. Also that is a terrible offer from the Bulls. So much long term money on guys who don't jolt the Twolves enough to get into the playoffs.
The reason the Cavs are nabbing unguaranteed contracts is to help balance the salaries. A big TPE is almost certainly not going to be created for either team.
Yeah neither team has cap space to create it, nor does either team want to pay massive tax penalties like Brooklyn was willing to accept.
