I'm biased, but going forward, I still think that Boston has the best offer after Cleveland. I don't see the point in trading for defensive specialists like Butler and Gibson or above average starters like Klay and Lee. Either get a potential star, Wiggins, or bottom out. The Wolves likely aren't making the Playoffs with or without Love.

Because Noah and Love would start over him at this point given his age and role for the team.

The Wolves have the NBA's longest current playoff drought.  It absolutely makes sense that their owner would highly value simply making the playoffs, even if it meant getting swept in the first round.  They might prefer to lose Love and try to use the cap space to overpay whoever next summer's version of Gordon Hayward or Chandler Parsons is rather than a package that commits them to bottoming out and going for a long rebuild.

Another team might have different priorities (especially if I owned it), but I don't really think Minnesota is wrong if that's what they want.

Wow, the fans of a team thinks their team has the best offer... lol this is shocking news. 0.0

I see about 5 people in every thread that mentions Love say that, it must be true.  ::)

I will be happy when this is over and we don't end up overpaying for Love. We might but I doubt it. I really think these proposals are beyond ridiculous but Love is the best PF EVER, we need to give up any and everything, the franchise depends on it.  ::)
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Unless Stein and Windhorst are just completely making this stuff up, this has to indicate the Love-to-Cavs talk has been blown waaaaaaaay out of proportion.  If Flip took Gibson and Butler over Wiggins, I believe the entire Twin Cities metro region would descend upon him and tear Flip limb from limb like a zombie megaherd.

i just moved to the area and i have to say that this would be the last thing folks here would do. they are just too polite to do that. nope, not a problem.

and for what it is worth, i have yet to hear anyone at anytime talk about Love and a trade yet. this place is very, very nice...but quite different from boston.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
