Didn't the Suns already acquire Isaiah Thomas to replace him? They knew this was coming and will use Bledsoe for a sign and trade imo to get a much needed center. Bledsoe for Monroe.
Unfortunately for the Celtics, Bledsoe for Monroe makes a lot of sense for both teams and the Celtics again would be left at the altar.

It makes sense on paper, but I don't hear any movement from either teams.

I'd say he's easily worth Gordon Hayward money.

And if you're asking who I'd rather give 5 years, $80 mil to... a 28 year old rajon rondo (until he is 33) or a 24 year old eric bledsoe (until he is 29)... then I'm taking Bledsoe on at least 20/30 teams.

Sorry but if someone deserves a max it's Dragic. I would offer Bledsoe at maximum 13-14M/yr and that's it.

same sentiment, Dragic deserves it more than Bledsoe.

Well if you're Bledsoe, and you want that money, then you counter their $12/yr with $16/yr and hope to meet in the middle.

Seems a bit much given his age.  Isn't Drew in his 40's now?

I believe Tony Mazz still thinks that he can produce at a high level.

Phoenix should keep the 5th year off the table. Do the 4 year max ($~60mil).

I'd be surprised if nobody else stepped up and offered Bledsoe the 4 year max. Bledsoe looks a good gamble at that price after his strong play last season.

Phoenix is low balling him because he is restricted.  Until another team offers him more there is no reason to give him a higher offer.  The Celtics should have done the same thing with Bradley.

How about a 4 team super deal:

Celts get Bledsoe, Tyler Ennis, Alex Len and Evan Turner (in a S/T)
Indiana gets Rondo, Brandon Bass and Greg Monroe
Phoenix gets Roy Hibbert and Jeff Green
Detroit gets Luis Scola, George Hill, future picks.
