Who do you have starting at center this year then?
Starting spot should be Zeller's to lose. Between him, Faverani, Sullinger, and Olynyk, there should be enough to handle the position. Would they like another competent center? Sure, who wouldn't -- it's the NBA. But I don't see any cause for desperation.

So you are interested in being awful again?
If you think this is awful, I regret to inform you that Larry Sanders is not the solution you're looking for.

Koz,

Still waiting to hear a trade or draft idea from you. It will be your first.

Is Milwaukee even holding a fire sale for Larry Sanders? I haven't heard anything about Jason Kidd not wanting to coach Sanders.

If anything Kidd can relate to getting drunk and making bad decisions.

This is a thread about how the Celtics need Sanders because they're desperate for a center. Here's an idea: stay away from Sanders and his $11 million salary, because you're not _that_ desperate.

Or the personal issues that come with him.

Nicely said.

At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

It'd be one thing to trade for Sanders, but trading for Illyasova too?

That's two guys who'd need to turn it around big time who have a lot of money owed them.

No to adding Sully/Olynyk. I think giving them cap and LAC pick is enough because Sanders is a risk till he proves himself again. For that reason Bucks are better off waiting for Sanders to bring his value back up.

I agree. Bucks are more desperate to get rid of Sanders and should be easy to deal with. Sanders isnt as much of a liability as people might think. Yes, he made a bad decisions last season but should have sorted himself out now unless he is thick as a brick. I have a good feeling he will have a great season.
