Rondo, Gasol and Deandre Jordan in 2015 and in 2015 or 2016 I think we go for Love depending on what he does with his deal.  In 2016 though, I think we're a lot more likely to use Wallace's expiring in a trade than sign a free agent outright

Wallace is an expiring in 2015. At 2016 he's already expired.

Ok what I meant was if we don't sign someone this summer or next outright, it seems like we will just trade Wallace next summer or at the deadline for a big name trade target, instead of going the FA route

Thanks for the links to help frame this discussion. given when the celtics unload dead salaries, 2016 looks to be an interesting year for ainge.

I've checked spotrac also regarding FA's and I have also been wondering what moves we make next season. My take for 2015: Re-Sign Rondo, go after Robin Lopez/Marc Gasol/DeAndre Jordan (1 of them, maybe 2 if possible), go after a scorer like Eric Gordon (player option though) or LaMarcus Aldridge. Next years free agency doesn't look too appealing outside of Center and PG IMO. The celtics could maybe go for two centers with their cap space or a scorer and center. If Love stays in Minny this season and becomes a FA next season, then the Celtics should go for Love and a center.  As for 2016, that seems like a long time away, can't really say now.
