Must really be a slow NBA news day that this is a topic even worth discussing

The Celts should call them asap. They have bigs up the yin yang and we have wings that are expiring like Thornton and whatnot

This photo of Nurkic's dad is mandatory every time someone brings up Jusuf.

I look forward to seeing whether Nurkic is really as efficient as all of the translated statistical analyses suggested.

If McGee were to be available, I'd still be strongly in favor of acquiring him. The light comes on, so to speak, for a lot of toolsy but basketball-unwise bigs in their mid-twenties, and McGee has got to be the toolsiest dude I've ever seen.

Nurkic was the guy I wanted at 17 if available.  He has upside, and he's a 'tough' euro big, true 5.  Denver has added a lot of nice young pieces with Harris and Nurkic now.  Why can't we make moves like that? :)

I knew a guy called stone hands. He used to like to play a game called 'punchy-face'. This guy had massive mitts and a jaw made out of marble. The game went as follows

1) Player 1 lightly punches Player 2 in the face, generally above the jawline.

2) Player 2 lightly punches Player 1 in the face, generally above the jawline.

Repeat, and each punch attempts to slowly increase the severity of the blow until one player quits. This is played during a night of drinking, punches exchanged whenever the two players meet at the bar for a drink.

We played for 3+ hours. I was literally in tears at the end. Literally in tears. Not gushing big blobs, but just eyes watering, won't stop. Cuz I kept getting punched in the face by a guy with stone hands. Jusef's dad immediately triggered those memories.
