If Love goes to Cleveland could the C's snag Wiggins?

It's looking bad for the C's landing Love if the Lebron to Cleveland rumors are true, and if Ceveland/Lebron are okay with going with Love instead of Wiggins, could the C's swoop in and snag Wiggins.

I think it would take an other team, and Rondo would be one of our players heading out. Flip said he didn't want rookies on the team, yet they would have a crap ton of rookies and second year players on the team.

Huston could be some one that would play in a trade. Minni likes Parsons, and Huston has talked about Rondo, and if they get Bosh, it's not like they really need Parsons scoring. Green could be sent to Huston as well. Maybe AB to Minni. Maybe we could get Waiters and what ever else we'd have to take in to make the numbers work.

I'm not going to try to figure out the numbers for it to work, too long of a day at work for that, but could be a fun conversation.

This would be the nuke option in the rebuild, but what a way to start that off.

Smart/Pressey
AB or Waiters/Young/Thorton
Wiggins/Wallace
Sully/KO
Zellar/Fav/Iverson

Thats either going to be a really fun team to watch, or painful.

I think just by adding Lebron, Cleveland has an excellent core to compete for an NBA championship starting with the 2014-15 season.  I go back and forth on this, but today I'm thinking that they don't need to haul in Love.

True, but what if the Cleveland trade for Love is Wiggins, Thompson, Bennett.  What if Cleveland offers the same package for Wiggins that it did for Love, i.e. Sullinger, Smart, and a few future picks.  Maybe Minnesota would be ok with that as they add Thompson and Bennett to Boston's package especially if Boston includes Bogans and takes back Martin.  I don't think it is likely, but it isn't totally outside the realm of possibility either.

I think you missed the point we'd send Rondo, maybe Green to Huston and they'd send Parsons to Minni, and maybe Cleveland sends Waiters to Minni as well, and we eat some contracts in order to get Wiggins.
