I think Moser may take over Babb's spot.

This is his 2nd year. He was ok in last year's ORL summer league then had a tough year during the regular season.  He's gangbusters thuis summer, but  he hasn't impressed in league play.  Shooters get hot, but over time they revert to their mean.

Not really...

Quote
In 3 games, KCP is averaging 28 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.75 assists, 3 steals, and 1.75 turnovers on 44% shooting from the field 39% from beyond the arc, and 88% from the line

Looks like Smart may have slowed him down a bit... or maybe he's just tired from playing his 4th game in 5 nights.

Could be him getting hot... or he's just developing.  21 years old... was picked 8th... got minutes as a defender, but his offensive role wasn't defined... finally showing confidence... scoring all over the court with aggressiveness.   Should be a significantly improved player next year.

Much better effort overall tonight.  I thought Smart was decent.  His shooting numbers weren't great, but he was definitely looking to score tonight and he looked comfortable running the point, though he wasn't exactly distributing much.  From what I've seen so far, his touch isn't bad but his shooting mechanics are a bit off.  I would expect that he will become a better shooter over time.  KO was much better tonight as was Pressey.

Marcus Smart tonight, 14 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists, 2 steals. His numbers at least in this game are very similar to what Wade averaged in his first summer league

May be a significantly improved player next year. I give a lot more weight to NBA over summer league experience. He did squat last season.
