Any trade checkers that allow FA signing?

I'm always frustrated by the trade checkers I use (ESPN/RealGM) because they don't allow free agent signings. It seems like it would be possible to implement something where you plug in your own FA contract values - for an Isaiah Thomas signing, just as an example - and you can check the trade under those circumstances. It could even tell you things like who else would need to be included in the deal to make it work, if you propose something infeasible.

Is there one out there that's more advanced? Both the ESPN and RealGM checkers often seem wrong about other stuff, so this is actually a more general complaint...
