Someone's drafting a guard...

Another player for Embiid is possibly out for those hoping he slips to #6.

Hadn't heard about them but could ORL make a run at LOVE?

Ha, back to Denver.

What the hell is happening?

Chandler back to the Mavs.

Now this.

Time travel is possible after all?

Ha, back to Denver.

That was my first thought.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

Remember, Arron Afflalo was being mentioned as a piece that Denver wanted to acquire to improve their Kevin Love offer. This could be big.

They could, but it'd be the same situation as with the Cavs.

The offer isn't every different from the C's either, if Minny doesn't want the C's I doubt Orlando's would entice them.

File under moves that don't matter. Denver needs to blow it up. That team is not good enough to hang in the Western Conference. Afflalo deserves to be with a contender.

I guess Zach Lowe makes a good point:

And Rob Hennigan, ORL GM, is not one to make a deal without doing due diligence w/ all 29 other teams.

Eh Denver has a super-small back court. Afflalo will help them immensely.

For Fournier and a 56th pick?!?!?

Quote
Orlando has agreed to send Arron Afflalo to Denver for Evan Fournier and 56th pick in 2014 Draft, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

Guess Afflalo's market wasn't as hot as we all thought it was...

they got something for nothing...they didnt want to resign him at a high price

Can't look up whether it would've fit Afflalo's deal, but man, it's going to be frustrating if we wind up letting our TPE expire when so many good players were available for peanuts.

Agreed. We're going full rebuild tonight.
We're the ones we've been waiting for.

I suspect you're on to something here.  would not surprise me if Afflalo was part of a package for Love -- maybe with Faried and maybe Mcgee or Mozgov as other pieces

  • Eagerly Awaiting the Next Fantasy Draft
I read what Lowe said but i can't believe that they couldn't find more for Afflalo. I hope they are real high on Fournier.
