CHamp:  I've tried reaching out to you in person about this.  I understand now why you didn't respond.   I'll take your word for it that you didn't make those posts.   It's fine.  You still were insulting to me in January, but I'm over it.  The Flutter feed is active, but with moderation activated.  You will not get any trade requests from me.  Let me know if there's anything else you want from me.

BFM:  My attempts to smooth things over with you in the past have failed, clearly. I genuinely don't know why you have to make everything so personal.   It's a fantasy league, man.  Don't take it so seriously.  As you pointed out several times in the past two pages, I even resorted to sending you a message with a photo of myself that was like, "Dude... you realize there's an actual human being on the other end of your insults, right?  Here I am, acne scars and all... I'm just some dorky Celtic fan...  let's take it down a notch" ... Apparently you took that the wrong way.  It's fine.

The Stauskas thing...  I get it.  You hate him.  Teams are willing to pay mid-to-late 1sts for him right now.  That doesn't mean you have to like him.  I'm not trying to trade you Nik Stauskas.  I'm not shopping him all that much in the first place (seeing as I'd only do it for a Top 9 pick and nobody is interested in doing that right now).  I'm happy to keep him and see what happens.    I'm sorry that my enthusiasm about Nik Stauskas deeply offended you.   We can stop talking about him.

This is why we can't have nice things...

The thread is useful.  It'd be nice if people could get their issues together and use the thread for the correct reasons.

I was going to have atleast 3 replies to what you've posted here. But I'm ignoring it for now. You've again mixed up your little lies here. Oh Well. Creatures of habit.

Yeah.  Don't bother.  Unless you have a point to it, you're just wasting your own time.  You've made it clear you want me to quit the league.  I can't fulfill that request at this time.  This might be my last year, but for the time being you're going to have to get use to finishing behind Nik Stauskas, Bismack Biyombo and the Top 10 finishing Bellevue Leprechauns.

That's a joke, btw BFM.   You're team is going to finish at least a handful of spots ahead of mine.  I've been a bottom 2 team two years in a row.

Once upon a time, this thread was useful. It's more or less useless now.

If anyone wants to talk trade, PM me, otherwise see u at the draft.

Cosign I'm out till the draft.  And biyambo still sucks.   Gordon and stauskas may have some value

I inquired about David Lee a week ago, but knew I didn't have much of a shot given who owned him.   I had a feeling Lee ending up in Boston was going to happen, though.  Great turn of events for the Drinkers.

I still say Biyombo was a worthwhile gamble.  But it looks like he'll probably be limited to 20 bench minutes again.   And yet Kyle O'Quinn looks like he might be a starting PF last season.  I liked both of those guys last year.

Guys, please stop before this thread gets locked. This is an area for everyone in the league to discuss the offseason, and is becoming increasingly less useful. There are at least 15 GMs who are exhausted and turned off to the league by this crap, and it doesn't seem to be helping anyone involved either.

Everything on my team is available, but I'm mainly looking for upgrades that can help me finish Top 10 next year.

Aaron Gordon - 19 years (September 16, 1995)
Dante Exum - 19 years (July 13, 1995)
Jabari Parker - 20 years (March 15, 1995)
Andrew Wiggins - 20 years (February 23, 1995)
Julius Randle - 20 years (November 29, 1994)
Nerlens Noel - 21 years (April 10, 1994)
Nik Staukas - 21 years (October 7, 1993)
Otto Porter Jr - 22 years (June 3, 1993)
Bismack Biyombo - 22 years (August 28, 1992)*
Khris Middleton - 23 years (August 12, 1991)
Damian Lillard - 24 years (July 15, 1990)
Jrue Holiday - 24 years (June 12, 1990)
Kevin Durant - 26 years (September 29, 1988)
Brook Lopez - 27 years (April 1, 1988)
Kobe Bryant - 126 years (April 20, 1889)

* - allegedly

2015 #1 pick
2016 MMSB 1st (3rd in 2015)
2016 Brahma 1st (8th in 2015)

I'm mostly interested in moving picks.   I had offers for Stauskas and Gordon, but haven't been thrilled with the offers now that Nik is going to Philly and Gordon has dominated in 3 summerleague games.   Julius Randle doesn't play until Friday so if someone is looking to steal him, now would be the time to make me an offer.

1.  The last several pages of this thread are shameful.  Those who participated in personal attacks and/or swearing at one another will be suspended or banned;

2.  There are some repeat offenders in here, unfortunately.  Management of this thread should probably look into removing some members, since these two leagues (now under separate management) have seen multiple members leave due to bullying.  We don't care who you guys have in a fantasy league, but if it's going to be partially hosted on CelticsBlog, stuff like this just can't happen;

3.  We appreciate the report of the thread, but the lack of moderation doesn't mean anything about the lessening of standards on CelticsBlog.  It's simply a matter of not seeing the thread, since none of our staff members in the league, and it wasn't brought to our attention.

4.  Rather than delete dozens of posts, this thread is locked.  Management can start a new one.  The thread will be more closely monitored in the future, and rule-breaking will be treated severely.

Locked.
