Kidding about him being Bill Simmons... But I did follow-through on sending out a prize for winning the SantaBowl:

I was going to send brahma one too for winning the Rudolphbowl, but he never gave me his mailing address.

If I'm feeling in the Christmas spirit again this December, maybe I'll do prizes again for the winners.

Pitts Pisces needs to get on this site  ;D
I have occasionally thought that

I believe he's the poster formerly known here as "JohnnyRondo." He was a regular in the CB Draft but also had his share of fantasy drama that led to his absence.
Pitts is actually bill simmons.
God I would love that

Given that at one point a few years ago Pitt wanted to met Rondo somewhere to roll, I don't think that's Simmon's style.

Lol I said beforehand I'd send prizes to the winners. I was feeling festive.

Id say celticsblog should do a secret Santa, but everyone would just send each other the same stuff.

Looking under latest forum topics it does appear that I was correct that koufos is a better player than biyombo for what it's worth

@manuginobili
Happy to announce that I'm coming back next season. #gospursgo #TDwouldvemissedmetoomuch.

Manu Ginobili is available in a trade. Looking to pick up a 20-27 pick this year.  Willing to include a 2016 2nd rounder.

Aaron Gordon dominated again today with 21 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals with 8-11 shooting.  Dramatic improvement from last year when he averaged 8 points and 4 rebounds in summer league.  Great sign from the youngest leprechaun.

In all seriousness, who was the last guy to tear it up in summer league (or D-League) and then carry it over and be "better then expected" in the NBA regular season?  [I don't mean, oh, Andrew Wiggens looked good in summer league, then looked good in the NBA --- that was expected.]

nerlens noel was one of the best last year and he was nearly a 40fp player the second half of the season.  Kentavious Caldwell pope was great in summer league last year and carried it over into the regular season.  In 2013, oladipo and Drummond shined. Olynyk was solid as well.  In 2012, lillard, kawai, jimmy butler, tobias harris and klay thompson were the best players.

I take summer league with a major grain of salt, but the fact that Gordon is clearly vastly improved from last year is a good sign. Comparatively, it's night and day. Considering that he's one of the youngest players in the league and all I've read about is how he's lived in the gym all summer, it's good to see it paying off.

Noel, lillard etc don't really count, they were expected to dominate.

Kawhi and butler probably are good examples. And Tobias h
