I'd take a hard look at Patric Young as an undrafted free agent.
I've been saying all year Patric Young should have become a TE.
Haha, he'd probably have made a good one.
But yeah, somebody tell me why Patric Young can't become a Perk without the mobility deficiencies. He doesn't have Perk's length, but he's a
lot more agile and can be a plus in the pick-and-roll or switching out on guards while still having the strength to fight post players.
I think sometimes NBA GMs get too hung up on upside. Young isn't a young guy and doesn't have much uptapped potential, but if nothing else he should be a very good defensive player and an average rebounder. That's worth something.
