Rick Adelman to retire

Rick Adelman will retire as head coach of the T-Wolves..i didn't know he was 67..but had a great career with Portland, Golden State, Sacramento, and T-Wolves..should won couple of titles with T-Blazers and at Sacramento..but my question is, is he a first time Hall Of Famer?

Good question. 8th all-time in coaching victories, winning percentage of 58%. Long career in the league, well-respected, but not a lot of accolades/awards.

Maybe not first-ballot, not sure, really. But I think he gets in.

Glad to hear that he's retiring, rather than being pushed out.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.
