My biggest gripe.....

is that somehow, someway officials need better schooling on calling flagrant , technical and fouls in general for that matter.  I don't know the answer whether it calls for more access during the game to replays or not, because there are pros and cons about slowing the game down, but something has to be done to improve officiating and this also carries over to football where it is a total mess!!!

I honestly think there needs to be a mandatory retirement age for NBA referees.
