Can include the draft. What moves/trades do you think the Celtics pull off and what do you think the starting lineup will be next season?

Heres a summary of what I think will happen...

- Trade Bass (for a pick)
- Let Humphries walk
- Keep Rondo
- Resign Bradley (Unless we draft Wiggins)
- Let Bayless walk
- Get lucky in the lottery and end up at #3, drafting Joel Embiid.
- Sign Hayward

This could leave us with

(C) Embiid, Faverani
(PF) Sully, Olynyk, Anthony
(SF) Green, Hayward
(G) Bradley, (free agent or trade), Johnson
(PG) Rondo, Pressey

With that roster we'd probably end up between 7-12 in the lottery, however if Rondo has a career year and we trade him at the deadline to a team we can continue to pile up assets and eventually see our young guys blossom into elite talent. I don't know if the money works out to sign back Bradley AND sign Hayward, but I think they would be good moves.

The fireworks don't go off and we spend another year developing our young players in an effort to get better. We draft good prospects with both of our picks then bring back Humphries and Bradley on one year deals.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Laaaaaaaame.

1. We draft Jabari Parker after winning the 2nd pick.

2. We draft Doug McDermett, James Young, or WCS with our 2nd first.

3. We resign Avery Bradley.

4. We trade for Omer Asik.

5. I smile.

*CB Miami Heat*
Kyle Lowry, Dwayne Wade, 13th pick in even numbered rounds, 18th pick in odd numbered rounds.

WCS is staying in school.

I say we draft Wiggins with 1st overall.
Trade Rondo to the Lakers for the rights to Tyler Ennis, Steve Nash, and future picks.
Select Stauskas with our 17th pick.

Start next season with the all-Canadian team. Ennis, Nash, Wiggins, Olynyk, Stauskas.

Rebus would be proud.
PHX Suns: Russell Westbrook, Chris Bosh, Tristan Thompson, Trevor Ariza, Tony Allen, Trey Lyles, Corey Brewer, Larry Nance Jr., Trey Burke, Troy Daniels, Joffrey Lauvergne, Justin Holiday, Mike Muscala, 14.6

Actually I can see four happening. James Young is a possibility but I think McDermott will be gone by then.

My predictions:

(1) The vacuum left by the lack of standout performances in the NCAA tournament is filled by hysteria over Dante Exum. He goes third after Wiggins and Parker.

(2) Health rumors damage Embiid's draft stock. He will go 4th or 5th.

(3) We will draft Embiid if we have the 4th pick, Randle if we have the 5th, Gordon with the 6th or 7th, and Vonleh with the 8th. We will not draft Marcus Smart.

(4) We will attempt to trade up for Dario Saric. If unsuccessful, our draft board will be Young, then Hood.

(5) We will make a qualifying offer for Bradley, but he'll get a better offer and we won't match it. We will court Jodie Meeks.

Pretty much I'm thinking.  Relatively quiet offseason with no major fireworks.  '14-15 is year two of the rebuild but heading in the right direction.

Yup.  And Rondo and/or Green is moved for young players/picks.

I want Danny either to go full rebuild (trade Rondo, Green) or trade pick(s), Sully, AB for a legit Center/PF like Aldridge

Option 1
Draft Embiid
2nd pick BPA
Re-sign Bradley.  50/50 Humphries and Bayless
Trading pieces Bass, Anthony, Bogans, and of the other 3 Babb, Pressey, and Johnson.  10 mil trade exception. Maybe Green.

Option 2
Draft Wiggins, Parker, or Exum.
Use some of our tradeable pieces for a center. Maybe Okafor with MLE.

Option 3
Trade out of our first pick.  Think it could really happen if we aren't in the top 4.  Whoever drafts Embiid could then have 2 young talented centers.  Target that team in a trade.

Option 4
All in. Trade picks, expirings, and young players for someone like Love and Melo.

Option 5
All out. Trade Rondo for Lakers pick, and the rest of our veterans for whatever we can get.

Option 6
I really have no idea, and I don't think any of us really do at this point.  :P
