I've been looking online for a time frame, but thus far have not been able to find one.

Thanks!!!

I'm excited and nervous.  ;D

No idea... but let's hope the coin flip doesn't matter and we end up in the Top 3.

A little disappointed that there is a flip for number 17 -- I had it wrong in my head last night that the draft position for playoff teams would be first based on head to head series.

Does anyone recall last year's coin flips (may have been the year before) -- I think we came out on the winning end of a couple of recent flips, which of course makes me more worried for the 2014 flips.

in looking at recent drafts the four and five spots have been pretty luck at landing a top 3 pick so there's that

Chris Mannix is wrong.  Phoenix didn't make the playoffs so they are in the lottery.  C's pick from Brooklyn is set at 17 ... behind the 14 teams that didn't make the playoffs and Atl and Charlotte.

Isn't there a flip between Washington (which goes to Phoenix) and Brooklyn (which goes to Boston)?

By that same "logic", given our last two fiascos with Ping-Pong balls, we SHOULD get 1-3. ;)

I know we'd all like that to even out. Thrice the charm!!! Right?

Either the Celtics or the Jazz imo will move up to the top 3 after the lottery, but not both. Which team will it be? It's going to really suck for one of these two teams.

Wow crazy, based on that #1 doesn't have the greatest luck getting the number 1 pick

Push yourself again and again. Don't give an inch until the final buzzer sounds.

Careful there, noting that the #1 picker has only been picked 1st one out of seven times, instead of the one out of four times to be expected (if the numbers haven't changed--I don't know, maybe they have) will give the conspiracy thinkers more certainty that Stern was weighting the balls--figuratively or literally.

why not? the "coin flip" isn't even an actual coin flip. which leads me to believe it's fixed as well.

If its not a coin flip how is it done...?

Random computer generators are not random. Coin flip is actually a fairly good option as far as equal odds.
