It seems the Bills planning committee is actually considering a potential move to Niagara Falls. A city with a population of 50,000 (on the American side) and 83,000 or so (in Canada). Now granted Niagara Falls isn't that far from Buffalo (i.e. 20 miles or so), but still it seems a bit silly to me. The thought is that it would move the team closer to Toronto, Hamilton, and the rest of southern Ontario where the Bills have a decent sized following.
They are also considering Batavia, NY a town with 16,000 people which is halfway between Buffalo and Rochester.
