I feel like these are the tiers:

1.

Wiggins
Parker
Embiid

2.

Randle
Smart
Exum

3.

Gordon
Vonleh

Order unknown within the top three tiers.  So, yeah, I absolutely think Exum could slip to number six. 

4.

The rest of them.

yes.  Lakers locked in 6th in the tank rank by winning tonight.

Utah is up 7 with 3 minutes left... if they win, we'll tie with Utah and have a shot at #4... 

Of course, the lotto could change things, but it's key for post-lotto placement...

Jazz up by 4 points with 19 seconds left. The refs are doing their best to give this game to Minny but they are just so bad. Unbelievable that we'll come out of this tied 4th with Utah. Wow.

the celtics started the night with a 29.1% chance of a top three pick. if you are correct then they improved their chances by a hefty margin.
