at this point I'm almost wishing some of the talent stayed in for another year just in case we still have the Clips pick next year and need a loaded draft to have a good player drop to us at that pick.
Next year's draft is supposed to be similarly deep, which is one reason you see a decent amount of underclass talent coming out. The only reason next year becomes shallower is if the NBA institutes a rule requiring kids to stay in school a year longer. Of course, that will push talent to the 2016 draft, and some of that talent will be better developed for the NBA, when we also have two picks, so it won't hurt too bad.
Also, the West is deep. The Clippers are a great team and had a great year, but they were closer to missing the playoffs than we were making them. There's a small but not unrealistic chance that pick sees the lottery.
