Thanks. He will be a great backup for Dwight Howard.

Celtics will take Pero Antic to fill the ultra rare stretch-5 enforcer role.
NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

I was torn between him and Morrow to fill out my bench and thought for sure Antic was so unknown he'd slide to round 10.  AAAAAARRGGGGHHHHHH

I've liked too many of your picks -- because I was torn between the guy I picked and the one that fell to you.  we're on the same wavelength far too often here.   thankfully I get to pick ahead of you  ;D

As we near the end of the game, interest usually drops off. Make your picks if you can though; go for binkies and high-potential guys!

Well with the addition of Wesley Johnson the Kings are complete.  One thing we've got going for us that the other teams don't is an air of familiarity as all but Jimmy Butler and Eric Gordon have a real life teammate on the squad.

Phoenix (2) - Plumlee, Morris
Sacramento (2) - Thomas, Cousins
Dallas (2) - Nowitzki, Carter
Los Angeles (2) - Marshall, Johnson (also played in phoenix last year)
Philadelphia (2) - Carter-Williams, Noel
Chicago (1) - Butler
New Orleans (1) - Gordon

EDIT: Slight error now corrected.

2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

The Sacramento Kings are going to take a youngish journeyman wing and go with Wesley Johnson who is playing well for that team out west.

Always root for Wesley to do well - he seems to have finally found a good niche in D'Antoni's system.  Hope he can parlay it into a solid career.

Doesnt a lot of players "find a good niche" with D'Antoni. I guess my question is, is that  a good or bad thing?

Not the reclamation project from LAL that I would've picked. Wesley Johnson might have bought himself another few years in the league, but they've got another guy who I think has an outside shot of being a real-life better than replacement starter if he can build on this season.

If you're a good transition player, usually you'll do well with D'Antoni.

As to whether it's a good or bad thing...well, it's certainly good for the players, but team results have been less positive lately.

Final Roster for the Pick 2 Danny Ainge Fantasy Campers:

Rondo/Beverley/Jordan Crawford
Afflalo/G Green/Crawford
Sefolosha/G Green/Bennett
Sullinger/Henson/Bennett
Gortat/McGee/Antic

Not up there with the powerhouses but I like it - strong defensive players with some primarily offensive options mixed in.  Lots of weapons for Rondo to get the ball to, and plenty of bench scoring.  Mix of up and comers and guys in their prime.

I love the Perk pick. Genuine physical toughness. Muscle and length in the post and at the rim.

I really like the Richard Jefferson one too. RJ has real quality for a deep reserve. Still a solid defender and has become a really good 3 point shooter. Good two-way bench player.
