cant quite understand stevens' player substitutions tonight. hump is having a bad shooting game, but is still in.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Favors looking much better as starting center than last time around (game in Boston) when Favors was at PF alongside Kanter. More active, more aggressive. More space to work with.
I was thinking the same thing.  I think if Utah ends up with a pick in the 5-7 range, they may be best off to pick Vonleh or Randle and put them at PF next to Favors then trade Kanter for a good SF.   Maybe work out a S&T with Cleveland for Deng.

Man that would be epic if we lost back-to-back-to-back games vs the Lakers, Kings and Jazz.  Like it's almost impossible to pull that off.  Losing 3 in a row to tanking teams.  It's unthinkable.

I thought the celtics would take the laker game and have a 50/50 shot against the kings. This jazz team is too big, too talented to loose to boston in the high altitude and friendly confines of the arena in Utah.

The tank is indeed on. The celtics just aren't very good.

Brandon Bass is terrible.  I thought he was okay but he is not.  No surprise that no other team will bite

If you don't think we stink because Bass and Wallace get big minutes, then you are in denial. ;D
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

you'd think that with collection of decent bench players we have (even though many of them are starters) they could hang with (if not outright beat) weak competition.

just smh how disjointed this team looks at times

I would trade Bass and our Clippers pick for about 1/3rd of the players in the league.  I am done with him
