Now I know the Spurs want something close to huge or ridiculous for Leonard, since hes clearly going to be their next franchise player once the Big 3 retires. But I would love to get someone like him. If anything, Jimmy Butler, Leonard, and Paul George are the best defenders at guarding LBJ/Durant.

I would love Leonard simply cause he crashes the boards, hustles hard, plays extremely smart, and knows how to play as a team player. He can shoot the 3, take it inside, and is just overall a player that will be a future Allstar in the making. Think of a slightly less athletic Iggy that can actually shoot well.

If we can also package a deal for Love, and possibly grab Asik.

Would you consider
Rondo
SG (Whoever)
Leonard
Love
Asik

A contender?

You'd probably have to get him on film pulling a Marion Barry with Popovitch's daughter.

Would you trade Bradley+Green for Leonard with a 1st pick from the Nets and a second rounder for him?

I'd rather us try to use whatever picks we have to try to draft a SG with potential like Shabazz Napier.

A top five 2014 pick.

probably cost a lot more than we would want to pay.  Nice player to have but I wouldn't pay superstar rates for him.

That's right...

You go after guys in situations they don't like ,  they stressed,  not happy for some reason ,

Only the Lakers can seem to just browse though the rosters of the rest of the NBA and decide .....

Oh we like him....... Open the door and ...bang you got your man

Rebuilding  the Lakers is as easy as cleaning old , useless players out and picking from which stars you wish on your team. .....basically shopping with unlimited funds and no one says go away .    D Howard is the first player ( he is a nut) to ever thumb his nose at the Lakers.
