Wizards GM is so bad it's not even funny. Average poster on CelticsBlog would be a better GM than this guy.

He signed Maynor this summer, gave him 2nd year player option, and now he is giving up a 2nd round pick to erase that mistake and acquire Miller, a 37 y old backup point guard guy who quit on his team and everyone knew he was going to be bought out if not traded today. Wow

Not to mentioned that 6th pick from 2011 was a throw in in this trade. LOL

Good for Hinkie, WAS is the type of team you want to make deals with.

shuffling chairs on the Titanic.  minimal impact for both teams.

Turning Miller into anything at this point is a positive for Denver.

Vesely is a better return than some of the other offers the Nuggets have reportedly gotten, such as Jimmer and a second.

I'd prefer Jimmer over Vesely.

Jimmer has shown Eddie House level ability. Useful bench player for a long time.

Vesely has shown nothing. On his way out of the league.

Andre Miller is a really nice backup PG for Washington. Good job.

Hopefully, his veteran influence can help J.Wall grow as a floor general. Wall still too erratic in his decision making.

This looks like a good deal for everyone, but a great deal for the Wiz. Obviously a great backup at the point and a great teammate.

Good for Denver getting rid of him- they had to and they got back someone who at least looks like a good fit for their style of play.

Meanwhile, the 76ers are carving out their very own round at the bottom of the draft.
