I actually don't mind Bosh being in the team.

We have to get a really good SF to pair with him though.

So let's say (a miracle happens) we get Wiggins, and he's all that he's hyped up to be.

We trade Jeff Green to a contender and get a decent return.

A line up of

Rondo
Bradley(if he doesn't get traded)
Wiggins(if he's all that he's hyped up to be)
Sullinger
Bosh

And a solid bench.

That's at least a 3rd maybe 2nd seed in the East.

That's exactly what I was thinking. That could be a group that complements each other really well.

i think the right five starts with drummond.  That means trading rondo... a ballsy move by danny because I think rondo is better than he was when he got injured.  He's been working the three and he has it.

So the trade looks like this - green bradley pressey and rondo for drummond, stuckey billups and villuneauva.  Detroit gets much much better.  And I think that Rondo re-signs with detroit to play with his buddy Josh.  We get drummond and expiring contracts.

We end up with a crap load of expirings (including our own) and can get hot and heavy into the free agent market with $37,000,000 in cap space.  with all the expirings we can get active in free agency and perhaps pick up a max free agent and another solid free agent.

We're okay at power forward with sully and ko.

We will stink so we can probably get a great pick 3 or better

Drummond C
Sully & KO PF
Free Agent or #1 to #3 pick in draft
Free Agent or #1 to #3 pick in draft
Free Agent or #1 to #3 pick in draft

We dip our toe into the lottery and stink for one year then we are out.

That is how we build the right starting five to complement steven's motion offense.

A top level big man is usually a must for title teams.

With that said, the ones that fit that description just aren't available for trades.
