Not sure Boston does this, but I think Ainge would at least consider it if the other teams signed off on it

Boston - Lowry, Bargnani, Hardaway Jr., 2016 NY 1st (from Toronto), 2018 NY 1st, Boston has right to swap picks with NY in 2015 and 2017
Toronto - Teague
Atlanta - Felton, Shumpert
NY - Rondo, Wallace

Why for Boston?  Lowry is a nice young PG who is expiring so they get a nice look at him and then can decide what type of long term commitment they want to give him.  Hardaway Jr. looks like he could be a solid starting SG.  Bargnani is basically a younger Wallace, but with one less year.  The picks are far enough into the future that they could really develop into something special and the right to swap could be beneficial.

Not sure Toronto would give up the NY 1st for Teague instead of Lowry, but Teague is signed to a very reasonable long term contract and is of similar production to Lowry.  They may value that enough to give up NY's pick.

Atlanta gets out of Teague's contract with a solid veteran PG and a nice young player.

New York picks up Rondo for basically every good asset they have and adds a year of salary in Wallace (instead of Bargs).  They basically get Anthony what he wants enticing him to at least opt in if not re-up entirely.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

Danny Ainge should lose his job if he didn't do this deal.  You trade Rondo for Lowry, which is a slight but not precipitous dropoff.  Lowry gets the rest of the season to show you if you want to re-sign him.  In an exchange of bad contracts (Wallace and Bargnani), you shave a year off and get the better player.  For those two parts, you pick up two future firsts and a decent prospect?  Yes, please.
