Suns get Deng
Cavs get Green and Bass
Celtics get Okafor

maybe picks exchange hands but if Ainge really wants a salary dump, I think he'd consider this

who says no?

I am not sure why Cleveland would do it.  They downgrade from Deng and lose cap space.  Bass is a nice player, but they already have too many PFs.

mmm... where are the picks?

If you are trading Green and Bass you don't settle for a big expiring. Celtics have that in Hump+Bogans (combined 17M).

I'd rather stay put. Let Hump expire or send him to Philly for cap space+assets, trade the Bogans unguaranteed contract on July 10th and then use the Pierce TPE.

Green and Bass are good players on reasonable contracts. Wallace, on the other hand...  ;D

That's terrible trade for us.  All we do is get cap space.  Bass and Green are both worth more than that separately let alone together...

suns take it

Cavs don't, they would have a ton of redundancy at PF

Cs would want some sore of compensation on top of a total salary dump

Celtics need more out of Green and Bass then just cap space.

A good first from Phoenix would make sense.

As for Cleveland, it makes sense if they make another trade that moves another big man as well.

is Okafor expiring? If not, I feel that we are giving up way too much

Okafor's contract is expiring. It is also 80% covered by insurance since he has now missed half of the season.
