Bradley is probably a better all-around player than Gordon.

The only way I would trade for Gordon would be if we're dumping Wallace's contract in the process.

Gordon has twice the talent offensively vs AB. Plus is a pretty good defender. Just needs to stay healthy, which he has this year

Gordon has been *terrible* defensively this year, he hasn't been scoring like he did at his peak, he's an injury risk, and he has a really bad contract.

Gordon isn't really an upgrade.

For Wallace and a protected pick, sure. Anything else, no.

I'm with Roy. Deal would have to be centered around Wallace and I wouldn't add much more.
*CB Miami Heat*
Kyle Lowry, Dwayne Wade, 13th pick in even numbered rounds, 18th pick in odd numbered rounds.

triboy ~~ you're pretty active in the trade idea category these days.

my advice: put a little more elbow grease into it. this is pretty out there.

Gordon has a terrible contract plus he's injury prone.  Bad idea..

If we were on the cusp of contending and needed a scoring wing?  Maybe (though we'd be giving up too much IMO).  In our current situation.  No thank you.  We are in a good rebuilding spot right now.  No need to Sully that up with some mediocrity.

I think the only noise we'd make with that line up in the playoffs is the door hitting us in the back sides on the way out of the first round...

This sounds like you're trading for a player's reputation rather than his reality.

Eric Gordon is a net negative this year.  He has arguably been the worst defensive starting SG in the league.  His offensive numbers just aren't good enough to make up for it (look them up and compare them to Bradley's - Gordon is better, but not by much at all).

I used to like Gordon, but I want no part of this version of him.

It seems odd for some reason, but every time I look at these possible Bradley replacements (like Gordon or Hayward or Waiters) I keep thinking we're just as well off with Avery.
