"That's all I can stand, and I can't stands no more."

If there's one good thing about this, it's that Red is not here to see it.

And it would NOT have happened if Red HAD been here.

This sucks.

I just tuned in and missed the pre-game.  I assume there was a tribute to KG and PP.  I'd appreciate if you (or someone) could provide a quick synopsis of the pre-game and crowd response.

If I'm not mistaken the Nets, record wise, are the best team in the NBA over the past 10 games at 9-1.

Before the starting line ups, the crowd was chanting "Paul Pierce".

Announcer called KG and Pierce last.

KG got a huge applause/cheer.

Then Pierce even got a bigger applause/cheer.

Jason Kidd was announced next and crowd booed heavily.

Awkward when Rondo was announced as captain.

Like Green's aggression.  Just hasn't made his shots.

I see you got a previous run-down ... they were both clearly choked up.

I'm trying, trying, TRYING, to watch this game, NG, but to see these two guys in this building without green on ... it's killing me.

They just chanted "KG - KG - KG" when he sat down ... jeez, man, call me a sap, I'm having big trouble with this.

Don't think I'll make it through watching this entire game.

They'd better find some way to retire these guys in Boston ... honestly don't care what it takes.

Yeah, I know it's all "good business", I know all the "upsides", but I say screw the upsides and good business, player loyalty is worth more to me than any of the justifications.

That's my opinion ... let me choke on it.
