  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
1.  Embiid
1.a Wiggins
3.  Parker
4.  Smart
5.  Randle

I think Wiggins and Embiid are tie. Potential is high and skill level is already there.

Jabari is a solid 3rd, and should not drop.

Smart and Randle have lower ceilings than the three, but sure fire NBA starters.

I don't know much about Dante Exum, so I'll hold on judgement.

My 10

1. Embiid - once in a 10 year talent for a center
2. Wiggins- with strength can bang more inside. Jump shot is becoming consistent
3. Smart - tank of a guard with skills. Has to cut down turnovers
4. Randle - an athletic zach randolph.
5. Paker.- very skilled offensively. Ways to go defensively
6. Exum - 6'6 quick pg that can drive at will. Mystery about jump shot and does not have a great leaping ability.
7. Vonleh - nba body, skills.  Lack of killer instict
8. Gordon- glue player. Does lots of things to help a team win
9. Mcdemott- stats are hard to ignore. Scoring machine with non stop motor
10. Tj warren - stats again hard to ignore. Nice size for a sf. A poor man paul pierce

I'm seeing this way too......  The decision to take Embiid , Wiggins or Parker first may come down to the GM /Owner ,  and the particular need for the team.

I see most taking Embiid first........with Lakers ,Utah , Buck s taking wiggins Id Embiid is taken.....I see DA taking Parker or Smart  if Emiid is gone .

I like Randle , if Embiid and Parker are taken .....Randle is a bruiser. .....luv his old school game.

I'd slot Vonleh in ahead of Randle.

not disagreeing, but may i ask why? i am genuinely curious and would like to know more this is an unusual ranking.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

I still dont get why ppl are so high on parker. Does defensive capabilities not count anymore?

Since when did Parker become such a horrid defender? Have you seen him play? I think this is something that is way overblown and seems to be spewed by the masses.

In just 29 mpg, he's averaging 1.2 bpg, 0.9 spg, and 7.7 rpg. Albeit I don't know his exact defensive rebounding numbers.

His polished offensive game is NBA level. Its not every year you can get that skill level on a draft. It sort of outweighs his defensive flaws, which he can still learn to improve. But that kind skill, his character and as we now saw, his unselfishness along with his scoring prowess is whats being coveted here.

He is basically a carbon copy of PP IMO
