Is there a problem or is ne just not in the rotation?

I have not heard of a problem.

I'd play him over Sully. But Stevens is probably worried about spacing. Although, Humps mid range is above average IMO.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Not in the rotation. We're already playing 4 bigs, and that's not counting Green and Wallace who also can play PF.

I think Hump has played well in his mins but the guy is a contract and rental.  We are trying to develop Sully.  No way.

Right now, we have no one who can create his own shot in the 4th quarter. Had the same problem last game. This is where Rondo will help. Pressey could....
