Durant scoring so easily against Jared Dudley and the Clippers defense.

Durant is a freak of nature. 6-11 with 7-4 wingspan.

That is what makes Jeff Green so valuable defensively. You don't want to get stuck throwing a Jared Dudley or Reggie Bullock onto him. Having that big athletic SF who can defend is so valuable with the talent that is in the league right now with LeBron, Durant, Carmelo and Paul George.

I wonder if Blake Griffin would be further along offensively if CP3 never came to LAC.

Blake Griffin does so much ball-watching in a CP3 dominated offense. I'd love to see B.Griffin get more touches as a shot creator instead of playing off of CP3 as much as he does.

He's such a good passer.

I was mad at him for giving it up to cp3 several times in transition instead of just leading the break. He reminds me of Odom when he just rebounds the ball and pushes, devastating.

Ei, I was hoping someone coming from Celtics will snatch the 3rd championship title from the Heat
Nets - looks good at the start but now struggling more than we do
Clips - looking good so far, but they won't last the 1st round of playoffs if they don't start playing D

Based from ESPN Clips defense is actually good right now:

Quote
That’s the crazy thing about the Clippers -- not only are the starters not terrible, they’re actually very good. The starting lineup of Chris Paul, Redick, Dudley, Griffin and Jordan has played together for almost 40 percent of the team’s total minutes this season. As a unit, the starters surrender only 99.3 points per 100 possessions, which would rank sixth in the NBA.

Take one Clippers starter off the floor and the Clippers still give up considerably less than the league average. For instance, the Clippers’ top four performers -- Paul, Redick, Griffin and Jordan -- maintain that 99.3 defensive rating, and they’ve been on the floor for almost exactly one-half the action this season.

i do believe that ATL is one horford/milsap injury away from tanking.

Milsap is on a bargain contract and playing very well.

Maybe at the trade deadline they move him for a very nice pick or prospect and tank the 2nd half?

Josh Smith has not shown me much o far this season ....is he old, bad, or unhappy.......very unlike him........glade we didn't sign him fora fortune.

Hawks playing great

Smith maybe ha the Carmelo thing going on,     Great player never to be on a true contender

Both probably go to LA to finish careers

What in the world is wrong with Brooklyn? I get injuries, new players, ect, but for the love of god...

I hate seeing Pierce and KG in a situation like that but Danny's deal looks better and better by the day. With a 3-9 start, they may be scrapping and clawing for a 6-8th seed once everybody is back and healthy. Expending that much energy in the regular season from an older and somewhat injury-prone team can't be good.
