Brooklyn got blown out by the Kings this time? Well, I wonder if we really did win that trade during the summer. It wasn't easy at all....

If the Nets can lose to the Kings by 21, they're capable of being crushed by just about any team. So at what point of the season do we become more mindful of how the Hawks do on any particular night?

So what can we offer the Hawks such that they forfeit the swap deal? Give them Bass for the right for US to swap picks with ATL after they do or don't swap with Nets?

Probably nothing.

And it bears repeating that it's still early in the season. Bobcats starting 7-5, '10-'11 Warriors starting 6-2, etc.

In other news, CP3 became the first player since Magic to start a season with nine consecutive double-doubles. Would love to see him and Rondo in a race for the assist stretch later in the season (and seasons beyond). Like Highlander, but for point-guards.

Yup.

No way that K-Mart foul is flagrant. Just a hard foul.

Per Kevin Harlan and Steve Kerr: Asik asked to be moved to another team today (or yesterday).

Big run from the Knicks.

I've come to the conclusion that Tyson Chandler is the new most underrated player in basketball.  Knicks are the biggest one on one defensive team in the league, he literally does everything for them.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Bargnani is a machine out there. 9 of 12 for 24 points.

Yeah it's only been a 2 man effort for the Knicks.  Other than that you've just got Felton, Smith, and Artest chucking.

Howard 5 shots 5 points... (4 free-throws)

Parsons 11 shots (6 free-throws)
Harden 14 shots (8 free-throws)
Lin 15 shots (6 free-throws)

I reckon Howard won't be happy after this one, win or lose.

Knicks tanking for Wiggins... "injury" to Chandler, wasting a roster spot in Smith's brother, trading for Bargnani... a masterful plan at work!

Remember how when we had JO he was barely a shell of his Pacer-self?  Now I feel like with the Warriors he's only a shell of what he was with us.  Flat out one of the least mobile players in the league.
