Could become one, but too inefficient as a scorer right now, though he's really good from the FT line.

He's up there.

Let's not forget Kevin Love is still outstanding.  32 points, 15 reb, 8 assists.  Wow.

Love and Griffin both have work to do.  I don't really consider them any better than David Lee.

LaMarcus Aldridge is probably the reigning top PF, the other 3 need more defense.  Anthony's defense could propel him there this year, but he's way too inefficient on the other end at the moment.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

No idea why D'Antoni started Pau Gasol + Chris Kaman. Neither guy can defend Kevin Love out on the perimeter. Both too weak defensively out there.

D'Antoni was asking for trouble.

I really hope the T-Wolves climb into the playoffs, even with my dislike of Kevin Love.

They play a really fun basketball, and Ricky Rubio deserves a national TV audience.

I really love watching Rubio play now.  He just looks so in command.  I love how he gets the ball up court on long passes and no one throws a better through pass to lead cutters to the basket.

Between Love and Rubio, they can pass the ball up the floor in a hurry.  Corey Brewer basically plays WR for them.

I was thinking they'd fall apart and Love would be traded (maybe here to the C's) but right now they look too good for that to happen.  Barring injury of course.

Yeah, between the Trailblazers and the T-Wolves they've got enough "should've beens" that I'm sure that both franchises just want to see a healthy team contend for a little while.

Has there been a better on-paper core of drafted players than Oden, Roy, and Aldridge in the last few years?

Lance Stephenson is now 16 for 31 from three point land in 7 games, two makes a game. If he has truly added a three point shot to his game, that takes him to another level as well as Indiana.

Enjoying this Indiana vs Memphis matchup. Two kinda similar teams. Good physical battle.
