Ticket Buying

I've been following stubhub for a while now in the hope that more seats closer to the floor (ie the center Loges TD Garden) will open up.

Will more seats come up the closer we get to opening night? Or is there no point in waiting it out.

I'm an australian so I'm hoping to buy the tickets before I get to boston (december!)

hopefully rondo is back by then   

EDIT: OH I forgot to ask. Would it be better to sit behind the C's bench? or on the opposite side (Loge 11,12,13)?
