Fantasy non sports leagues?

Have any of you ever played fantasy leagues in other stuff? I've heard of fantasy celebrity stuff or politics. I don't suppose there's fantasy military stuff where the top two picks are Genghis Kahn and Alexander the great or fantasy weapons where the top pick is the AK, and the 2nd pick is land mines or blah blah? Any of you ever do anything like this?

My friends and I threw a fantasy framework around OKCupid.

You had to join the site; you could say anything you wanted about interests and the like, but you had to have your own picture up there. T'was fun.

The Ultimate Draft was my baby.  We've done it a few times.  Lots of fun - though like most things on here it took a terrible turn for the serious side at a couple of points (which was unfortunate).
