I didn't get the overpay either.

Unless of course Rondo feels the only way to beat Lebron was to have another top 20 player with Durant but even then, 3-5 on that team will be not so strong.

I'm not so sure. Take a look at the DKC. SO's Oklahoma City is running away with the West pairing Durant and a rehabbing Westbrook with a bunch of mid-round talent.
Good point. Also, there are some top 20 talents coming back from injury. It may cause some strange things to happen this first round and Rondo would be ready to pounce.

Yeah but ideally the DKC mirrors more closely the actual NBA. This draft will have at least 1 super-team, and if looking at the draft last year, we had Chicago, whoever Roy's demon spawn of a team was, SO/KC's solid PDX, and I think I'm forgetting someone else too.

On top of that, I doubt Westbrook is there at 21, he was picked what..6th last year? If you have the 2nd overall and the 6th overall and don't pick again until the 5th round, you should still be able to field a pseudo-contender, if not an outright one.

So...what's the over under on when the first person is that starts confusing their DKC team and their CB Draft team.

My money is on the 4th round.

Yuck!  Stuck in the middle and I got the fricken Milwaukee Bucks.  Least interesting team ever.

I've got a soft spot for the Bucks and I've already run a couple of Texas teams. If the commissioner will sign off the deal, I'm up for an old fashioned franchise swap. You're at 1.14. I'm at 1.15. So wouldn't change much on the draft board. Let me know.

Can someone post a link to last year's draft so I can get an idea of what players are valued at around here?

Sorry, no franchise switches. Been a long time CB Draft rule.

Kane and I have made a deal, Im overpaying, but I think it could be worth it to get a top notch star next to Durant or Lebron

Based upon your experience, I doubt you're overpaying.

Lol!!! Hey Roy! I'm not exactly a rookie anymore lol. Why you doubting me?

Trade

Golden State sends  1.21, 11.5, and 12.21

Indiana sends 2.24, 3.24, and 4.2

Okay...  so yeah, on paper, it's an overpay. ;)

Well isn't this game all about a teams outlook "on paper"? Well with a little salesmanship thrown in  ;)

Also TP to Nick and Rondo

Regarding the trades that have been confirmed. They appear to be rather large overpays but, I have repeated stated to shop trades, to seek advise and to think about these things.

If you are going to be your own worst enemy, I will allow that.

TRADE

Chicago sends 1.3. 3.23, 5.23

Memphis sends 1.20, 2.6, 4.20

That is a GREAT trade by Memphis. They can probably parlay the 2 3's into a 2 and 4, then 2 4's into a 3 and 5 and so on..
