Source ESPN players - Type in Bogans.

Came up with this Box Score in a game played January 7, 2004 when Bogans played for Orlando:

http://espn.go.com/nba/boxscore?id=240107002 Lots of nostalgic names on the Celtics roster LOL. Bogans was the second leading scorer behind Tracy McGrady.

OK consider Game 4 of the 2011 ECF when he got matched up with Dwayne Wade and review the play by plays:

http://espn.go.com/nba/boxscore?id=310524014

He can be a great influence on Avery Bradley, Courtney Lee and hopefully Rajon Rondo.

I just love to follow the careers of solid role playing journeymen. I personally identify with these people that have had to earn their keep to stay in their profession. This guy tends to play on winning teams and will not stand for losing, tanking, etc. Later this year, Ainge may well ship him out later this season with Lee, Bass, Humphries, and Wallace to collect more weeds (expriing deadweight) and seeds (draft picks). But I am ordering my Kieth Bogans jersey.

He is making a big salary this year but that I consider a bonus for being a loyal soldier of the game and a stand up guy to boot. I could easily see him as being a mentor to Avery Bradley and Courtney Lee if either stick around.

TP for all the work on your 3 extensive, informative posts as the OP.

Will TP you again later for the weeds and seeds thing.

Original or someone else's? Extra TP either way!

Weeds and Seeds are just midwest farmers terminology. I am bored now and I think Kieth Bogans will be the most influential player in this trade for the Celtics this season and will have the biggest return on investment for Danny and Brad.

Jay Humphries will give the Celtics cap relief or a deadline trade chip. Gerald Wallace will get an opportunity to up his trade value. Marshon Brooks will have to beat out Bogans, Lee, and Avery Bradley for Playing Time (not sure what all the hype is about this kid.

There will be more detailed knowledge drops when I can find time to dig them out and present them. I hand out the tommys for people to take the time to respond to my posts.

would have been a decent pick 3-4 years ago when Posey left but now he's just a piece to balance out a deadline trade

His career shooting percentage is astrocious. Don't really care either Lee or he goes, but one has to. Same with one of Crawford and Brooks and of course, brooks stays

I am certainly not going to overlook this. I think he will do great things with the Celtics this season. Push his colleagues to play harder. This is his ammo. Help his boss Brad Stevens look real good man.

Everytime i've seen Bogans play i always felt as though he was the worst player on the floor. Im not quite sure how someone of his limited skill set can consistently make an NBA team, when someone like Chris Douglas Roberts cannot. I will be happy when the C's part ways with this guy.
