why not KG/PP to Chicago?

Do you think Danny contacted Chicago about sending KG/PP to Thibs for Boozer, Deng, picks, etc...??
I think that would have been a better fit than the Nets and a better shot to win a title...
I'm struggling to see how that Nets team with Joe Johnson and Pierce is going to work...

They probably weren't going to offer three first round picks, that is why.

They probably weren't going to offer three first round picks, that is why.
and certainly not Deng

^ all these, I'm surprised two old players in KG and PP still gave us 5 players and 3 draft picks...that's pretty good imo
