-First Perkins traded
-Horrible draft picks and pick ups
-Not signing key free agents
-Letting Doc go
-Now this trade sending KG and Paul to a rival for crap
-Next Rondo wanting out and horrible draft picks tonight

It's time to get rid of Danny, NOW!!!!!!

I don't think he's the best

But he won us a championship in '08

Who could you even replace him with?

He's like Theo Epstein...I thought the red sox would have given him a lifetime contract for as much money as he wants for bringing the pennant to Boston...twice

I would take anyone right now, he's putting us in a situation where we won't compete for years.  i do not want to wait another 22 years for a title!

LOL NO.

Ainge is a phenomenal GM.  It's a shame we can't hire a wizard who can make KG and Pierce age backwards.  Otherwise, I'm thrilled Ainge is still in charge.  Easily a top 5 GM.  If we fired Ainge (which we aren't going to do), he'd probably command the most lucrative GM contract in NBA history from some other lucky team.

Really top 5?  What about passing on key free agents last year or years passed.  What about signing all these players to 3 year deals.  Pulling the trigger on Perk.  Not signing Posey. Why are we thanking Danny for the title.  Thank McHale!

He couldn't even get Lopez for a 2nd round pick.  What a disaster.  Fire him now !

I think Ainge has shown to be a very competent GM and I wouldn't fire him. However, what he's done so far this offseason has really made me nervous. We've been rumored to have a S&T in place with Josh Smith should we clear the cap space, and Josh Smith is not an ideal piece to bring in during a rebuild. And now we have this whole Brooklyn fiasco on the table? Yuck.

It's not my point that they didnt happen yet, the point that Danny came up with this trade with the Nets is a big lost for us.  If it goes through or not, that is how Danny is thinking,  Send Paul to Atl for Josh Smith or kg and paul to Lakers for Dwight.  Why not go after bigger names?  Why do we need to rebuild?  A team of Rondo, Bradley, Green Smith and KG is a step in the right direction.  Not losing everyone.

It's time to get rid of Danny, NOW!!!!!!

- Got Jeff Green, signed him to a reasonable contract to.

- Tony Allen, Al Jefferson, Glen Davis, Leon Powe, Avery Bradley, Jared Sullinger.

- PJ Brown, Nate Robinson, Rasheed Wallace, Jason Terry, Jermaine O'neal, Shaquille O'neal, Courtney Lee. Not DA's fault some of this guys did not play in the level they are expected to play.

- Doc did not want to be part of a rebuild, he wanted out, not Danny kicking him out.

- If we get horrible contracts for PP and KG, I'm with you on this one.

- He maybe losing all his peers he respected in one fell swoop, you can't blame him for being upset for this period of time.

Danny has done good more than bad.

While we at it lets fire wyc and the mascot too. No Gm is perfect. I repeat no one. So if you are looking for a Gm who bats 1000 good luck with that.

  • It's all about the TEAM!
Pretty soon the way this is going, the entire Celtics organization will just be some ordinary people walking around and talking in their facilities. All other important FO members and players were fired due to fan revolt.
